The British Guide to Showing Off is a critically-acclaimed documentary, using observational filming, unique archive, exuberant animation and plenty of humour to reveal the 40 year history of The Alternative Miss World, with contributors including Andrew Logan, Brian Eno, Richard O’Brien, Zandra Rhodes and Grayson Perry.

Andrew Logan Retrospective at The Gallery, Liverpool
A large collection of Andrew’s work is currently on show at The Gallery, Liverpool (click on the photo above for more information). The exhibition runs from the 26th of October to the 21st of November and features a selection of portraits, sculptures and jewellery as well as new commissions created for the exhibitions.
The retrospective is presented by Homotopia as part of Independent the Liverpool Biennial.

Announcing the imminent release of the critically acclaimed film by Jes Benstock, “The British Guide to Showing Off” on DVD and Blu-Ray.

They will cost more on Amazon and even more in shops.
The Glasshouse Gallery and the Andrew Logan Museum of Sculpture, Berriew, will be holding stocks from 23 January.

I thought you might be interested in the imminent release of the film “The British Guide to Showing Off”, which takes us through the wonderful domain of my “Alternative Miss World” pageants. It runs at the ICA London from the 11th to the 24th of November and afterwards at 60 independent cinemas around the UK. I do hope you can come along!!
